Flexible Palletizing Configurations

The YH LLP series palletizer can build any pallet patterns. Through settings for carton orientation and spacing, users can meet various requirements for load capacity and stability. The pallet patterns can also be easily adjusted via the HMI.

High-Speed, Stable Operation

Capable of handling 15–30 cartons per minute (depending on carton size and pallet patterns), the system supports continuous 24/7 operation—making it ideal for high-throughput production lines and logistics centers.

Abnormality Prevention and Detection System

Equipped with advanced sensors, the system continuously monitors the stacking process to proactively detect signs of misaligned cartons or abnormal pallet conditions. It halts operation and triggers alerts at the earliest indication of potential issues—effectively preventing equipment damage and product collapse, and ensuring safe, uninterrupted operation.
